UTILIKILTS →
I saw a guy wearing a utilikilt at Chipotle the other day. I wish I would have known about these when I was working construction.

To whomever I bought that burrito, you're welcome
I was in Dallas last weekend to attend a wedding for a very good friend of mine from college. He and his now-wife met at Chipotle, so I thought it would be appropriate to include a $20 Chipotle gift card with my present (another gift card, naturally). After returning home, I checked my bank statement and realized my card had been run for $26.44. Unless Texas has some sort of weird gift card tax,...

The Bachelorette Premier Awards
Yes, I watched last night’s The Bachelorette. No, I am not ashamed. Yes, I enjoy judging people. In keeping with these themes, I give you my thoughts on the first episode:
Best Dressed - Craig M. - The pink pocket square might have been a bit much, but there were surprisingly many uninspired-to-atrocious shirt/tie combos last night. A word to future contestants: leave the light blue shirt...

Congratulations, graduates
For those of you lucky enough to have found gainful employment, here are a few nuggets of wisdom given to me when I entered the real world:
Never say no to lunch (or happy hour) - I know you’re poor/busy/have better things to do with your time than go out with coworkers, but you should never turn down an invitation. It’s rude.
Get involved outside the office - Go to every Christmas...

Is softball a lesbian sport? →
Posted for JB and Jackie, the token lesbians ringers on my company softball team.
Anonymous asked: Love your blog. Anyone with a Weekly Zevon is some kind of awesome. And Missed Connections is my new favourite. Thanks! My question is: What should I have for lunch?
